Paily House began at home.

Montrice grew up with a love for banana pudding. For Dawn, chai was a familiar part of family and gathering. She learned to make banana pudding for him; he learned to make chai for her and her family.

Over time, these simple gestures became traditions of their own—made slowly, shared often, and always with care.

From those traditions came Paily House, a modern hospitality house rooted in Los Angeles.

Beginning with our signature banana pudding and chai, we create familiar comforts with thoughtful ingredients, considered presentation, and a quiet sense of occasion. Because to us, true luxury is not excess. It is care—felt in what we make, how we serve it, and the moments shared around it.
